Netgear C7000v2 Review

I replaced my Xfinity Xfi with the Netgear C7000v2 Cable Modem Router. I get much better ISP and device connectivity but still troubleshooting full bandwidth issues. I get 500Mbps at the modem but a lot less on the devices (<100Mbps) even if only one device is actually "using the internet". I recognize a lot is connected and the full bandwidth is shared. Pretty happy with the performance of the device and the price point was good. ROI in about 10 months.

Wifi slow

On cable is fine but on Wifi it runs max of 260mbps, Im trying to solve this issue with NetGear but no solutions so far.

User friendly for the most part. Just download App and follow each step and you will be online in no time. I did have to contact my IRL to pair my new modem router with internet provider.

Fast secure connection

This is a great router, modem for use with cable and internet from companies like xfinity. Easy to set up. Strong connections and its able to handle plenty of devices. We usually have a min of 5 devices and up to 12 connected at a time. No connection issues what so ever.
