Buyer beware. Great, could be better

The router itself works great. The app the goes along with it (which is the whole reason we purchased this router) could use some work! We WANTED the ability to disconnect certain devices at any time however the app titles all the connected devices as “N/A” so unless you have MAC addresses for each device- we have no way of knowing which device we’re disconnecting!! So the app is pretty useless. They want you to purchase “Circle” as well as a family subscription just to do what we wanted to do with this device and it’s app. We thought this router was our investment around buying all those extras. Buyer beware.

Modem was very easy to setup and immediately start using. There was a noticeable increase in performance and range from my older Netgear modem router. Very happy I decided to update my modem.

Router newbie thoroughly impressed

I’ve only owned this router for a week but I’m pretty impressed with it. Great range, none of my devices seem to miss a beat (it is just me and my pieces of tech, no one else on the network.), setup was extremely easy with the QR code process. This is definitely overkill for what I have going on but I wanted it to be somewhat future proof. The app has a lot to offer as well, see what devices are connected or have been, the ability to reboot, and there’s also just the option to go through the set up and not mess with any of that.
