You get what you pay for

I’m assuming you get what you pay for because, I won’t fork up the money for the Mesh. I’m not impressed with this thing from one end of the house to the garage. Keep in mind, my house is only 1400 square feet. I will say that Netgear has amazing customer support no matter when I’ve contacted them to chat. They even walked me through things to improve my signal but, it hasn’t changed much. At times, if at all. My next step is an extender/repeater but, I have to figure which is worth getting.

Great extra features

Great extra features like being able to control which users get Wi-Fi. Plus, very strong signal throughout the house. Also like the USB capability. Anybody connected to Nighthawk network can access USB thumb drive content. Very impressed overall, especially compared to my previous joke of a router from Motorola.

I have had a netgear modem router before and it worked great. this one I have no is also great, a little different with the setup but easy, and most importantly reliable.
