Replaced my functional but old net gear modem and router with this and I couldn’t be happier. Seems to work anywhere I take my phone and everyone who comes over can use my internet without trouble. Good job netgear. Definitely got what I paid for out of this:-)

I used to have this modem and it worked great. I had xfinity 400 mbps but after xfinity upgraded my plan to 600 i only receive around 270 even though my modem says 968. I cant call them because netgear charges for technical support. If anyone knows please tell me why im getting lower speeds i am pretty good technologically and have done everything but speeds remain the same and when i rent xfinitys modem i get full speeds

Works as promised

We replaced a rented router modem with the Nighthawk, and it is working as promised. Installation was very easy. The only change I have noticed (which may be due to our ISP, not the device) is the occasional lack of resolution certain graphics (mainly emojis and images on social media), which began after installing this device and changing plans to a slower internet speed.
