Life Saver

I needed to upgrade my cable/modem because I upgraded my service with Xfinity to 1,200 mps. I also needed to find a modem compatible with Cisco Access Connect VPN and this was the only NETGEAR that worked. Although NETGEAR CAX80 would work better with the speed, it was not compatible with the VPN.

Works in an old house

Huge upgrade over my rental equipment from my internet provider. I have further range that reaches to the opposite end of the house and a stronger and more reliable connection. Wish I would of done this sooner.

This was a great purchase. We were sick of paying the equipment fees to our internet company and decided we needed to get our own router. We heard good things about this brand from a family member and gave it a try. Very easy setup and great app features as well. Would definitely recommend!

Support helped me solve issue

I had some power surges that apparently caused my netgear cable modem router to frequently drop my internet and I was having to have it reset by the internet company continually for several days. They gave me the support number for Netgear and after doing the reset with the Netgear technician’s help we got the problem fixed.

Excellent product

For years I have gone without internet at home. After buying a new TV, I truly realized the need for something more than a Hotspot. So I signed up for internet. There is a 14 dollar a month charge for a rental box. I bought this one for just about the price of the rental for 1 year. Not only do I get 5g coverage with it but I get wifi all the way out to the back of my yard which is over 300 feet from the box. I would recommend this to anyone.
