I purchased my modem in 2020 based on the research of my son-in-law. I purchased my own modem vs. paying for one monthly from Xfinity/Comcast. It has delivered flawless performance. I also use the app for diagnostic info. Would definitely repurchase again and recommend to everyone.

There was some difficulty getting it set up for an iPhone and for the TV but not the laptop.I got assistance from comcast. However once it was set up it worked well.

My 3rd netgear

This is the 3rd Netgear modem router I have purchased. So easy to hook up(and I'm not tech savvyat all), price was great, customer services was excellent. They even called back to make sure everything was working correctly. I would recommend this for anyone.

Not sure if this is typical, but my Nighthawk came from the factory defective as it keeps dropping connection. Wish I had realized that it was the problem sooner so I could returned it
