After much trouble getting connection with the service provider, I called the Netgear support and in 5 minutes connection was up in running. Since connection was made it has proven to be exactly what is needed: quick and reliable. As important as this is the support is what was as important.

This modem router is very easy to set up. I really like the app along with it. Very reliable. This is my second one. First one lasted eight years before it got accidentally broken. So I went out and bought the same one.
