Difficult setup

I had some difficulty connecting to the router. I called customer service and got a recommendation. I tried the fix and it worked. still having difficulty connecting wireless printer. Customer service was great. the tech even called me back the next day. Great followup.

Bought my Nighthawk Cable Modem 2 years ago, honestly never had an isssue with it except one time since purchase. It is a great product, high wifi speeds.

This is the best bang for the buck and is extremely easy to set up and use. Even renaming Wi-Fi and changing passcodes is all in a simple to use app!
