Works well

Bought to replace an older NetGear modem/router. Wanted to use the Nighthawk app, but unfortunately that does not work, says I need a firmware update, but tech support says firmware is the latest version and the app is still under development. Aside from that works great, running non stop for several weeks now.

The router was as simple to hook up as the directions indicate. The app is simple to download and use, and gives useful at-a-glance information about who is using the router and how it is used

Best router for a smart home

This router is very robust and can connect more than 20 devices at a time seamlessly. A very good wifi management software along with the router. This router supports 2.4GHz, 5GHz and a guest wifi as well. Also supports USB drive connection for network storage.

When I joined Xfinity they wanted to lease me a modem router. I wanted to own my own modem/router. But after intense research I discovered that Netgear was top of the line in modem/routers. After reading reviews, which were mostly positive I decided to purchase the netgear. Im not the smartest technology person but with the help of tech team, Im up and running and very satisfied with my netgear. Thank you . Its easy to set up and the 90 day free tech support is Awesome!!!

Not only is this router a great product, but the customer service I received was outstanding. I had a problem with setup because of Xfinity. I contacted Netgear and they helped by letting me know Xfinity could really help over the phone. They saved me a service call and I was able to get my Nighthawk up and running in no time.
