I was so fed up with my cable company. My wifi has been going on and off for 3 weeks. They told me it was my modem and this was on a Saturday. The earliest they could come out to change out modem was going to be on Wednesday. I told them to tell me what type of modem I needed to buy my own, they did not like that but told me what would be the best one. Got me a net gear nighthawk and I have not had any problems since then. Thank you and thank you for having a great staff working with the greatest attitude. I needed something because I have a homebound daughter which she just got out of hospital. She was in hospital for 3 months after being hit by a truck while walking, so we need our tv. Thank you once again.
