Hardware great, software for app needs work

They actual cable modem router works great, exactly as one would want and expect. Only problem is I am unable to use the nighthawk app to easily manage it. I have a S21 Ultra android phone and the app only shows

We bought the Nighthawk C7000v2 after our old modem/router stopped working properly. So far, the Nighthawk has been very impressive in regards to speed and Wi-Fi coverage of the whole house. I would definitely recommend the Nighthawk C7000v2 to my friends and family!

Product provided intermitted WiFi Signal

I purchased this item in hopes of upgrading and older NetGear Model that has aged a bit maybe needed a boost. The instructions were difficult to follow I had to call the help line to line up connectivity. The New C7000v2 was no better than the 7-8 year old product I previously had. I was very disappointed and returned the product immediately.

I love this after the setup. The setup was frustrating online bc I tried online and it kept me in a vicious loop. The instructions should have said JUST DOWNLOAD THE APP. After I did that it was smooth sailing.

Quality, could be better for $

I really enjoy this product, it can run internet speeds faster than my current plan! though the only negative that I personally see is the severe lack of customization compared to options slower/cheaper than this one.. overall though it is a great product for what you are paying for.
