This modem is great! It’s super fast, is 5G compatible and offers the convenient Netgear App to see who is on the wifi, how much is being used and much more!!

Not tech savvy

I am not a tech savvy person and I was able to install this myself as well as download the app to get everything running and connected. Thanks for making this process a little less stressful for someone who dreads having to “fix” technological issues!

Great but resets when unplugged

Very easy to set up and worked great until I decided to move to another room. When I unplugged, it reset to factory default and I had to set up all over again.
