I purchased mine certified refurbished but it works like it’s brand new. It has not gave me any problem’s whatsoever.

Satisfied thus far with the Modem/router

The only problem with this Modem/Router was the lack of an RJ11 jack. Xfinity's modem had the jack. This does not, and, thus, does not pass dial tone to my phones.
