Great product - could use better traffic metering

Extremely easy to connect to my existing provider, wifi coverage great, great speed capability, only wish it had better traffic metering so I can see what traffic each ip / mac address on my network is producing, likely easily implemented with software updates.

A good decision

After many years of faithful service, our old Netgear cable router finally bit the dust. Because of it served us so well, it was a natural choice to stay with the Netgear brand, and upgrade to the Nighthawk AC1900. It was easy to setup with our internet provider (Optima) and we look forward to years of service ahead.

I hate that I waited so long to make this purchase. I’m not tech savvy and I thought it would be complicated to set up. It wasn’t! Very simple process with easy to follow instructions. It took about an hour, again not tech savvy so I had to reread a few times. Glad to be cable free!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great cable router combo, does exactly what i need and was fairly easy to set up. only issue i’m having is i noticed our speeds actually slowed down quite a bit in comparison to the xFi gateway.
