Runs great, good upgrade

I had to replace my modem and router so I wemt with this one as a combo. It was easy to set up, runs good with lots of teens on it and I can still work from home efficiently. And I really love the app that allows you to select individual devices to pause connection to. This comes in handy on school nights so kids/teens aren't trying to stay up way too late on technology after we go to bed.

Does the job efficiently

Easy to install modem/router. However, I needed to use my printer software to link up the modem/router. Faster than my previous Netgear modem router. Now I can Zoom with no hiccups.

Works okay now. I had some slight trouble getting it to stay connected. I went through my internet provider and they did some changes and it worked great for a few days and then it was back to the same connection problems. Called NETGEAR and they worked with me over the phone and walked me through what to do, how to make changes based upon what I told them I observed and it was great. Their talented professional did an excellent job helping me.

Just bought a Netgear Nighthawk a few weeks ago. One night could not get on internet or stream on my TV. Called cable company stated there was no outage. Called Netgear customer service everything checked out OK. Next day got e-mail from cable company service was restored. Netgear customer service was great and left my case open from approximately 5 days after my call in case I was still having a problem. Customer service is outstanding. Nighthawk is a very reliable router modem.
