I think it is expensive basic router/modem but after 2 new modems same brand ARRIS Surfboard SBG8300 could not keep connectivity I replaced with this, and no issues do wish it had a WPS button instead of going into gateway

Am able to use the 2.4 and the 5G. Love the Nighthawk app on my smart phone. My blink cameras requires the 2.4 so using the Nighthawk app is easy and convenient.

Not worthy of the Nighthawk name

Absolutely horrible range and very slow speeds. Not worthy of the nighthawk name. A set down from my old C6300 and light-years behind the CAX80 I replaced the C7000v2 with.
