Buy this router/modem

Recently changed internet service providers and needed a cable modem to make the switch. After researching new modem I bought the Nighthawk. Very easy installation and the initial set up was fast and flawless. Highly recommend the Netgear Nighthawk

I bought this modem router because I was tired of getting disconnected or slow down load speeds and having to reset the equipment that my cable company. I'm so glad I did!!! My plan is only 100Mbps download but I stream flawlessly now. I dont drop my wifi calls because of low wifi speeds. Virtual meetings do not freeze up or go robotic on me anymore. This was the best purchase I could have made. I only wish I did it sooner!!!!

Great Equipment

I have had two of these units and was very happy with the way they are to set up which the new unit that I just got has more security built into it which is a big improvment from my old unit. Internet is much faster with the new unit.

This modem and router covers all my needs. I previously used a mesh system that was did not meet my needs for security. Now I can depend on fast browsing.

Issue Not Solved

Had to buy a 3mo package because I was out of warranty which was understandable, but I called three consecutive days after because my issue was not resolved. Representatives gave the same initial troubleshooting and then said it’s all set. Not all set! I haven’t had time to call again, but the issue remains and is a pain.
