easy peasy fast and easy

this is the second netgear product that i purchase. i truly trust the netgear products. i haven't had any issues and setting up is very simple, easy and fast. the most important thing was that during the installation they tell you what you need to tell the cable company so it can be activated. who would do that? that's great customer service and it shows how easy it is for you to set it up.

I normally use a modem provided by Spectrum. I wanted to save my money and decided to try to use own modem. this is my first time to do. It is really easy. nothing needed except just power on and call Spectrum to let them know my device's mac address. that's it. It works well after that. EASY!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Took a while but so far so good

Admittedly, I am no tech expert. I ordered the refurbished Nighthawk. It took me almost a full day and an hour the next, to research online youtube videos, get it connected and to recognized my extender, door bell, etc. So far, I've had no dropped internet which is extremely pleasant. Everything is working. Very happy except for the loss of about 9 hours of my life.
