I love it. I replaced an Arris cable modem provided by my internet provider. This Netgear nighthawk works flawlessly. No more glitches and sudden internet connection problems.

I have no issue with how this works, however setup can only be done with your phone and an app and not by your computer. Not a fan of that limitation.

I wish the store had a faster stronger version of the item with stronger extenders. I had to use customer service to set up. A lot of important info is left out of directions. However, every person I talked to was incredibly patient and very helpful and encouraging.

Easy to setup

Our house got hit by lightning which took out our modem and router. The ones we had been using were fairly old and no longer made, after looking around for something that did both jobs and one that was compatible with Xfinity, this one stood out. The installation was essentially drop in, and the configuration was a snap with the companion app even my parents would have been able to set it up.

I'm not a technology buff by any means, but this combination modem and router was easy to set up and works amazingly. Compatible with my preexisting internet account and gives me complete connectivity throughout my house.
