Surprisingly it runs extremely smooth and fast I haven't had lag spikes or anything whilst playing games, playing on my phone, and having friends on it at the same time. Highly recommend especially for being on a budget.

I purchased my Netgear Nighthawk router about 2 weeks ago and so far it's the best thing smoking. The Nighthawk app isn't letting me update the firmware but that's the only problem I'm having.
