I bought it cause the one I was renting I think was slow. This night hawk signal is Weaker my lap tap has less bars in my bed room.

Received the device in a timely fashion, however, had trouble programming it, and had to call Netgear support for assistance. They solved the problem, but then had to call cable provider to get ot working properly. Everything is presently working great, so no complaints
