We have had this router for 2 years with no problems. It does get signed out from time to time but it's very easy to log back in.

This is one elderly, technologically challenged and unsophisticated lady who is thrilled with her Netgear Nighthawk AC 1900 Wi-Fi cable modem router. Installation was a breeze and it has performed above expectations. Never an issue. Wish my cell phone were as reliable. Support staff could not have been more affable, helpful and polite.

Listen harbors, elderly technologically and sophisticated lady who is thrilled with her Netgear nighthawk AC 1900 Wi-Fi cable modem router. From a slow to learn, elderly lady who is trying to keep up technology…..this was was such an easy install. And it does it’s job superbly. Quietly performing above my highest expectations! And your support staff excelled. Wish my cellphone did the same!

Had a little trouble setting the device up. But after calling Netgear and they told me I needed to talk to some one from spectrum to register the device it started right up.
