I started noticing that my internet speeds in the house were slowing down on all my devices. I thought it was my internet, but I had ki1000mbps, and Xfinity couldn't find any problems. They said it might be my router, which is supposed to run speeds up to 900mbps. I tried to contact customer service and get help, but there was not much we could do. I'm a little disappointed, because I bought this router to avoid having to pay xfinity every month for their rentals.

pain to set up

A pain to get set up, took nearly 5 1/2 hours, being bounced between Netgear and Xfinity. Trying to understand, foreign customer tech support was a nightmare as well. So far, the product, is working, but the cost for a modem/router that will only pull in 600 download speed, and not even that, is not what I wanted to have.

I'm happy to buy this 2 in 1 modem/router. It's super easy to set up and very portable. Love that I don't have to connect 2 devices to make wifi work. Very happy with this purchase.
