Great modem

This modem is really great and has a high covering area. Supports well my home which has two floors. Te 1st works fine, the 2nd needed an amplifier to the main bedroom.

Great router

Xfinity modem/router just stopped working Saturday evening NYE. It's less than a year old. I was going to get another brand that was slightly more expensive but then saw this one and reviews were solid. A few more steps to set up then previous modems but not too complicated. I downloaded the app and had it hooked up and running in less than 30 minutes.

Replaced a 6 year old Netgear cable modem with this device. The new 24x8 channel tech had a really big impact on my download speeds as measured by Speedtest.net. Old modem registered 25-50 mbps. New modem consistently registers 100 mbps.

until recently This has been very good router no problems until2 weeks ago something went wrong called y'all but could not afford thanks goodness cox cable had problem
