Mounted this in my basement and wifi is Fast through out the whole house( 1600sqft). Setup was super easy and connected very easy to xfinity internet.

Works at least as good as xfinity equipment

I have been using the netgear modem/router for over a month and it works at least as good as the xfinity equipment maybe better no loss of service and no rebooting. Some more time is needed for a better evaluation.
