Great modem router combo, really fast with Cox cable 500mb per sec package. Really good coverage in a 1500sq ft house. And app is easy to use and very customizable for what you want and monitoring your network. Overall I love it and recommend it for anyone starting off with an apartment or 2-3 bedroom houses.

I've had my Router now for over 4 years and it has never failed me. It takes a beating and keeps on ticking. I can't see myself parting with my router. It's been so good to me. Thank you Netgear for all your wonderful products!
