I don't know if it's xfynity or the router but every so often the internet just dies and comes back 5 minutes later.

I’ve used D-link in the pass because of the price but I was recommended to get a netgear all in one for my new house. They promised it would cover all three floors and maintain high speed! This works great definitely 100% recommend

This cable Wi-Fi router is sleek in stature and fast in speed. I needed to upgrade my router because it could not support the faster speed. I always go with Netgear because they are reliable

Overall better than ISP provided

No matter what you get from your service provider as a router, this one will perform better and in the long run saves you a monthly rental fee. Had one issue so far in 2 years using it where I had to reset the whole thing. Would recommend over the weak performing unit you get from any ISP.

Works great out of the box

Easy setup, I simply plugged in the gateway, activated it using the xfinity app, and ten minutes later I was surfing the web with over double the speeds of my previous modem-router setup. I'm now getting wireless download speeds higher than what I'm paying for from my ISP. The app and administrative maintenance are easy to use. Overall highly recommended.
