Not impressed. Returned..

We initially had no problems connecting devices and our devices stayed connected. But then because of Netgears 3 antennas with this model we could only get roughly 2/3's of our internet provider's speed. We pay for 500 down 50 up and could only get 275-300 with this cable modem router. Sometimes just like 250 down. After doing some research it's because of them using 3 antennas instead of 2 and each can only handle so much speed.. so you in the end need devices that use 3 antennas. Almost no current modern day devices use 3 antennas. So the manufacturer's argument is that 3 antennas provide great er connectivity for more devices.. but not everyone has 7 kids with the need for that kind of connectivity. So you sacrifice a third of your ISP's speed that you still pay for. So yeah ..after realizing this we returned it. Bought an Arris for a little bit more and we now get our ISP's full Internet speed again. I mean the router worked well but the sacrificing a third or our ISP's speed was a dealbreaker..

Devices get kicked out of internet

This device gives great reception and speeds upstairs, but downstairs devices will have trouble getting onto the internet and staying online. Will have to try an wifi extender downstairs to see if this fixes the problem

Great for multiple devices

Bought to replace, out of date modem/router combo. Have multiple streaming TVs, cpu, printer, and smartphones running all at once with plenty of speed for all of them. Did have a little frustration with getting the router connection working so that's why I'm giving 4* instead of 5. Otherwise, it does exactly what I need

Product is good for a medium space. pulls enough speeds and a overall good multi-product for router/modem. Id recommend it for someone who just needs the basics, definitely not for gaming or multiple devices.
