Happy with NETGEAR Nighthawk

I changed internet providers to upgrade my internet speed. A friend recommended the NETGEAR Nighthawk. It was very easy to follow the included instructions to set it up. I was not able to connect via Wi-Fi so I called NETGEAR for help. Their representative was very patient and helpful. After several attempts to to resolve the problem we both came to the conclusion that problem was on the Internet provider’s end. When I contacted the internet provider it was indeed on their end and they were able to resolve the problem successfully. I was later contacted by NETGEAR to insure the issue had been corrected. NETGEAR has very good technical support and when you are not particularly technically savvy they are very patient and will go through each step at your pace. I would recommend NETGEAR to anyone looking to purchase a modem/router.

This router/ modem is perfect to stream videos on. We never have a problem with it. This is our 2nd Nighthawk that we’ve owned. We highly recommend them
