Had trouble setting it up myself ( definitely not a technical person) but called Netgear's customer service who were very helpful and patient. So far so good. Had a Netgear Wi-Fi/ router which was very happy with before but just needed an upgraded one to meet xfinity performance requirements.

Bought this item, and has an amazing performance. I don't rent equipment anymore from my internet provider, so I'm definitely saving $$ thanks to Nighthawk performance. Works great!!!

It came well-packaged, and when I opened it I thought it was a new unit. It was refurbished, but I would not have known the difference if there had not been a 90/90 warranty card with it.

The speed is amazing and there is a definite difference. I still had a separate modem and router. This combo brought everything together in a phenomenal way..10/10 recommend!
