do not buy any refurbished items because they are not updated therefore you can't get it online and so you can't update the modem/router so it's the no win situation!

High speed!

I use spectrum wifi and usually and naturally its slow using the modems they give you, i decided to get my own modem and netgear runs wifi way faster than i ever had before. Great for gamers and easy set up and less resetting than spectrum modems

At first I couldn’t get it to connect with Xfinity but I hadn’t opened the instructions. Once I read them it was easy and now I am cruising on the Wi-Fi anywhere in my house and haven’t had any problems. Nice to have an alternative to Xfinity’s modem/router rental!
