I am a retired lady and I was receiving several messages that my router was outdated. My modem did not support wifi so I made the decision to replace both. I bought the Netgear all in one and installed it myself. I did get some guidance from your tech support team which was quite helpful, but overall it was pretty easy. It's been working just fine and I am quite pleased.

I bought this modem when I switched to Xfinity. It provided better coverage than the wifi provided by Centurilink. I didn't have any problems with it.
