This is a good modem/router combo. Works well, easy to use and understand. I think it’s a bit expensive, but it does the job.

Seamless wifi, easy installation

We tossed our old router with separate modem for this combo unit. Love it. Installation was easy. It took a little longer than expected for it to connect to our provider (Comcast) . But no issues since we set it up. Reaches from the basement to the 2nd floor . My son is gaming on his computer in his room with no lag or buffer.

Works well with Spectrum after setup

I have a 500mbps plan with spectrum. I have had up to 470mbps at non peak times and consistent above 80mbps during peak times for my area.
The WiFi signal is strong enough for my 2 story house with the modem/router on the first floor near an exterior wall.
I had an issue with spectrum activation and the assured they had activated the modem correctly. Refered me to call Netgear support. The support team was great and was able to clearly go through multiple checks to ensure proper function of the modem. After completing all checks and verifying the modem was working correctly the technician asked if I could get Spectrum to attempt to reactivate my line. The technician said he would follow up later to ensure the modem started to work and provide internet access. I gave Spectrum a call back explained the situation and they realized the issue was with spectrum not the Netgear modem. They got it working and I have not had any issues since. I received a follow up email from Netgear support to ensure my issue was resolved.
I would buy this product again. Support is great, product works as intended.

the speed of this router is great and my speed increased greatly from my older router. the coverage is significantly better with no dead spots in my house even reaching outside. connecting it was easy I have Comcast.

I had to buy this one cus my old one got damaged due to electricity fluctuations. This one is very easy to setup and comes with some nice features like guest wifi.
