Does exactly what I needed in lieu of the Xfinity monthly rental. It will pay for its self in a year and I own it! Easy to set up, the app was easy to navigate, and it looks sleek in the office. Highly recommend without hesitation. This all in one unit was perfect I should have bought it years ago had I read other reviews. Better late than never!

easy to install, 15 minutes plus a call to our internet provider. connection to all our electronics was fast. We did have some problems with our Alexas.

Sometimes it disconnects from everything and we have to reset it, other than that it's great. I even get signal in my shed at the back of my property.

According to Xfinity tech, my modem is a 3.0. To get speeds I am paying for, modem needs to be 3.1
