Quick and easy setup

Was struggling with internet issues for three days. Decided to purchase new modem and NETGEAR just seemed like the perfect choice. Setting it up was super easy and I really appreciated the steps for Xfinity that they included in the instruction guide. Also the connection is perfect and exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend.

Passing on a quality product...

For someone that isn't techy, it was easy to set up. The problem I was having was not in the product, so my previous modem router was still good. The problem I had was on the ISP's side. I ended up deciding to keep the new one and bless someone less fortunate with my old one. I say all of this to say, Netgear is still my first choice. I hope to inspire the next person to choose the same because they should have the same experience I have had.

Meets my expectations

Easy installation; activation straight forward; device wifi connection required several hours long phone calls with both netgear and ISP technical assistence. The wifi connection issues are in part a result of the purchaser's lack of expertise in the subject area and the purchaser's communication difficulties with the netgear technical expert.

Plugged it in right out of the box and followed the instructions. Had one question on re-naming the wifi, customer service chat was quick and accurate. Happy with the router.
