Set up was stymied because when the internet went out we had no phone service. Thus we were unable to set up the modem until we were able to get a connection under a different cell network/carrier.

I had bought this router to replace my old one that was outdated and slow. It was very easy to set up. The nighthawk app allows you to customize your Internet and router to your preferences. We use it for streaming and day to day internet
