The unit was simple to set up. When I had a problem, tech support was prompt, located the issue with my ISP provider, and followed up to make certain the issue was resolved. Since that time the unit has worked perfectly.

Just what we needed

This was exactly what we needed to replace an old modem we were renting through Xfinity. The speed is great, we don't drop WiFi during shows anymore. Great price for Black Friday too !

My previous device just stopped working one day and I was advised by the technician to get a new one. After researching online a selected the AC 1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router C7000v2. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It was easy to set and get connected. And I immediately noticed a better performance. I highly recommend the AC 1900 modem router.

I was having issues with my Xfinity router and decided to upgrade to Netgear's modem router. My problems were immediately resolved, and I now get faster speeds as a bonus.
