I think my modem was a returned one because I had a very difficult time because I did not know this set up question from the previous owner, so had to reboot it clear it all out once that was done everything went smoothly and it’s working perfect now. Thank you.

Worked fine, not easy setup through xfinity

Box doesn’t show the right model number (missing “v2”), took a couple of calls and a visit to xfinity store, to have it figured out as an approved device to get connected to their network. In any case, it has been working fine without any issue so far.
