Fantastic experience. First modem/router I've ever owned. Very easy setup process for someone who has never had to do it before. Great signal all throughout my two-story house.

It works great it had two disadvantages. It does not have a vpn so that I can connect to it from other places. Second it generates too much heat.

It is super good, fast, I recommend it. Before, I had a Motorola and it was very slow and the connection capacity was very low. This one is super fast and has a connection for more products.

Easy to setup and greatly improved speed

Got this router/ modem to replace an older one we had for many years. Didn't know what I was missing in terms of speed until I made the upgrade. 5ghz wifi is definitely the way to go. Speed difference on the 5ghz wifi compared to LAN is negligible. Tried both and can't tell the difference.

Spectrum is making upgrades that made my Netgear router from 2014 obsolete. So I upgraded to this model. Old Netgear router was so great I stuck with the brand.
