Perfect Replacement

The NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900 (C7000v2) was a great replacement for my previous router that was damaged by water. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the WiFi performance has been fast and reliable throughout my home. Overall, it’s been a solid, dependable upgrade.

Trying Netgear equipment

For the most part I find it works pretty well. The web interface is very intuitive and straightforward to set up. I am still having issues with the app tried reinstalling it three times but the issues continued. Support tells me I need to reset my modem, which is very disappointing and involves backing it up, reinstalling the back up and activation with my ISP after doing it once already is very disappointing. After I do all that, I’m not really sure it’s going to fix the issue, but we’ll see. Overall, the product seems to be a very good value.

I have been using the c7000 for a few years now. It's treated me very well. I'm looking to upgrade to a mesh system. It handles 4 TV's, 3 PC's, and roughly 10 wireless devices with no issues. Anything more and you'll be looking for a mesh system that can handle more IOT devices. For a simple network, this is more than enough.
