After calling tech support I went from 70MBM to just under 300MBM by changing to 5G.

The router does what it is supposed to do. Currently serving 29 devices in my home, some wired some wireless, with no hiccups. Signal never drops out. Web-based management tool is a little clunky and not conducive to small screens, but the app is great.

Returned the Xfinity modem that I had rented for too long.
Bought the Netgear gateway and was impressed with its simple setup, dual band and strong reception and coverage.
Best decision I made on my entertainment setup.

Ended up upgrading to my Nighthawk c7000v2 and it works wonderful. No issues, easy setup, and offers a great and reliable network for multiple devices. Recommend 10/10
