Fixed our Wifi Issue.

We have been having issues with wifi calls dropping and had been trying to figure out the problems and we tried to eliminated each component. Broadband provider was her 6-8 times and concluded it was not their issue, replaced phone, that was not the issue, updated speed- that was not the issue. We had replaced the modem router about 6 months ago and figured that was not the issue. Well it turned out it was the issue. No more dropped calls

Recently purchased and once we got it connected have had no issues whatsoever. To be clear over an hour and a half on the phone with Comcast without being able to connect it, less than 15 minutes (I fault myself for it taking that long) on the phone with Netgear support, we were up and running.

Short range, incorrect user manual

This modem has very short range - we cannot connect to the WiFi in our backyard. Also, the setup was complicated by the fact that the user manual wasn't updated/correct meaning I had to call support and spend 30 min. to have them set it up. For the high price of this modem it is not worth the money.

I have had two of the netgear AC1900(C7000v2) and I have been very satisfied with how fast the internet speeds are on it, and what a tough peice of equipment it is,even after power outages. I would very much recommend this unit for your own personal wifi cable modem.
