So far this modem/router is working well for my busy household. I am able to do my work online while my kids enjoy playing their video games. Very good download speeds. Surfing the net is fast. My internet connection is pretty fast.

Have 1100 square foot condo and the strength of the WiFi is amazing. Speeds and connectivity are great and easy, also paired with the nighthawk app allows a lot of control.
