Excellent - but troble

Once we got it installed and working this is an excellent router with WiFi. We did have some issues getting isntalled and when we called Netgear we got a person and then as I started to explain the issue they hung up on us both times. We were able to resolve without calling them again and since then it has worked well and I have been able to get rid of the WiFi extenders.
