Got a refurbished version but looks brand new, very easy to setup, restarted a couple times and internet speed is now fast for streaming, video calls, work etc. Very satisfied.

Easy Installation?

Well, the installation was kind of a pain in the butt, mostly that was figuring out the app. The modem/router itself is fantastic and works very well. I'm 2 weeks in and the performance has been flawless.
