We use Xfinity. We had a bit of a problem connecting, but then we called the Netgear support team. Excellent. They were patient and got us hooked up. The modem / router works great. We have two floors and no problems with the signal. We had kids here and so there were 6 phones and 2 or 3 TVs running and we had no problems. Some of that is Xfinity, but it also points out that the modem worked fine.

I have never had any issue whatsoever with this modem I purchased it to alleviate lag when gaming and I have been beyond impressed. With my previous modem me and my son were taking turns gaming because if both of us were on… lag. Now I can run three systems plus our other electrical devices (tablets, laptops and phones) and have never had an issue. I would buy this again several times over. I also thoroughly enjoy being able to setup a guest log when we have company that I can close when company leaves
