I had to have my computer guru come in to install the modem router. The directions were above my pay grade and I do not have the luxury of a fifth grader living in my home.

I seem to get adequate coverage in my condo, but I can’t understand why I only get two bars of reception on my iPhone eve when I am just a few feet from the router. Best Buy checked and it’s not a phone problem.

The Nighthawk modem/router and app are the bomb!

I replaced an old AC1750 with the C7000v2 and was up and running in 10 minutes. The Nighthawk app is very user friendly.
