I’m not a tech person by any means! At first I had problems getting connected to the internet.
After re-reading the instructions, duh, I downloaded the app and was connected three minutes later…

Easy to setup

I’m not a tech person by any stretch of the imagination!
At first, I had all kinds of problems getting connected to the internet.
I re-read the instructions and finally realized I could download the Nighthawk app, three minutes later we had completed the connection!

Regret My Purchase

I was looking for a modem/router combo that would let me block URLs in the modem. The description of this modem stated that blocking URLs could be done on this modem. What it did not state was that due to this modem's outdated technology I could not block any URL prefaced by https: nor would signing up for their premium family protection be of any assistance. If I had know this was the case I would have purchased a different modem.
