Setup was really simple, I just plugged it in and could change the WiFi name and password through the app. I have good connection through my whole apartment now

This DocSiS cable modem router was a breeze to setup and works better than the junk my Internet provider was renting to me. I would recommend this brand and model every day and twice on Sunday!!

Install was easy, just had to make sure to turn the Wifi button on. I also had to reach out to Spectrum to get it activated. We lost connection a couple times in the first few days, but it has been great since then.

Reliable modem/router, after you set it up

This modem/router has been reliably getting the job done since I first purchased it roughly 3 years ago. My only real beef with it, is that the initial set-up can be a chore. The interface/site for setting up the product feels cheap and doesn't always work correctly. Couple that with some issues interfacing with my internet provider and you can end up with quite a hassle. After you get over that initial hurdle it should be relatively smooth sailing.
