Replaced my Xfinity Rental with 7000v2 model and working great so far. You do need to contact Xfinity to get Old Modem removed and add New Modem.

Easiest setup every!

Directions were easy to follow.I’ve done several modem-router setups and this one was by far the easiest one ever. Only 20 minutes to setup (counting the 15 min wait with the cable company…lol.) love all the security features it offers. The system is FAST too! I made the right decision with this purchase.

It def performs beyond what I thought it would. For the price it’s the right size,easy to install and manage through the nighthawk app and handles all of my online gaming with ease.
